INTRODUCTION “Jesus went up to Jerusalem, and found in the temple…the changers of money…He drove them all out…poured out the changer’s money, and overthrew the tables; and said unto them…make not My Father’s house an house of merchandise”! (John 2:13-16) Christ chased out the followers of Satan at the beginning of His Ministry, and at the end, Satan’s deceivers crept back into the Temple of God. This time Jesus the Christ reminded them, “It is written, My House shall be called The House of Prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves”! (Mathew 21:13) “The Sower (Christ) soweth the Word (Holy Scripture)… Satan cometh immediately, and taketh (the “eth” ending, implying a continuation) away the Word that was sown”. (Mark 4:14-15) Thus, “…the god of this world (Satan) hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the Light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the Image of God, should shine unto them”. (II Corinthians 4:4) The purpose of this book is to overthrow the false translator’s tables that have taken residence in certain parts of God’s Temple (His Holy Body and Church) to block the precious Light of the glorious gospel of Christ. And to show the fullness of “…the Light of the Knowledge (God’s WORD) of the Glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ!” (II Corinthians 4:6) God only wrote one Bible that can be called “Holy”. It is to teach and correct us: “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” (II Timothy 3:16) We are not to take God’s WORD and change (correct) it. Notice in Revelation 22:18, “For I (Jesus Christ Himself) testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, if any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19. And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophesy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the Holy City, and from the things which are written in this book”! God inspired a “Hebrew” Bible to His Hebrew people of His covenant nation of Israel (which we commonly call “The Old Testament”). Next, God inspired a “Greek” Scripture (The New Testament) to be spread around a Greek speaking world to teach the entire populace, that Christ’s Sacrifice opened the door of Salvation to everyone (both Jew and Gentile). Jesus himself said, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations”. (Mathew 28:19) Next, God inspired a Bible for the language of today’s world: English. In fact “THE AUTHORIZED HOLY BIBLE of 1611” (some call the “The King James Bible) forged the language of English to be that of the world in the 17th through the 20th Centuries; and now continuing in the 21st. My book will explain how this happened- how indeed God is in charge and clearly is in control of both the Inspiration, and the Preservation of His Personal “Holy Word”. “The Words of The Lord are pure Words: as Silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, Thou shalt PRESERVE them from this generation for ever”! (Psalm 12:6-7) This book is to present a defense of The AUTHORIZED HOLY BIBLE of 1611, i.e., The King James Bible (KJB), as the only continuously preserved “Word of God” in the English language now at 400 years, and to expose the deception of all of the so-called modern versions of the Bible. Paul told us “…have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove (refute and disprove) them”. (Ephesians 5:11) My research shows that there is a different spirit in these false versions. The Apostle John admonishes us, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God.” (I John 4:1-2) Notice the salient comments of the noted Dr. Henry Morris of the Institute of Creation Research: “The supreme test of the spirits, and the teachers whom they influence, is their teaching concerning the nature of Jesus Christ. They are not from God if, in any way, they try to separate Jesus from the Christ, denying either the full deity or perfect humanity of the Lord Jesus Christ. Some attempt to make Jesus a mere man upon whom the Christ-Spirit came. Some argue that everyone can be called ‘a Christ’ in the same sense that Jesus was. Many deny His miraculous conception, bodily resurrection, or both. ‘Jesus’ means ‘Jehovah our Saviour’ and ‘Christ’ means ‘The Anointed One’, meaning God’s anointed prophet, priest and king. Unless Jesus Christ was the perfect man, He could not die for our sins. Unless He was God, He could not defeat death and thus could never save us. Any doctrine is deadly heresy other than that of Jesus Christ as the God/Man, God and Man perfectly…Further He is the creator and His Spirit inspired the Holy Scriptures, so any dilution of…biblical inerrancy comes dangerously close to heresy and has often led their proponents into outright apostasy. It is thus extremely important to ‘try the spirits whether they are of God’”. John further encourages us, “We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the Spirit of Truth, and the spirit of error.” (I John 4:6) To illustrate this, at least five men who were involved in these modern translations lost their ability to speak! Time Magazine of July, 1972 documents that Kenneth Taylor, author of the Living Bible, “mysteriously…lost his voice.” This is like Zacharias who didn’t believe God’s WORDS. He was told by Gabriel (God’s Angel), “Behold, thou shalt be dumb (mute), and not able to speak…because thou believest not my words”. (Luke 1:19-20) Also, J.B. Philips not only admitted being a “necromancer”, but having to become “…a voluntary patient to a psychiatric clinic”. This is the Philips who authored his own translation of the New Testament. He also wrote “…suddenly my speaking, writing, and communication powers stopped”! How do we know that we have received and are led by the correct Spirit of God? Paul assures us that “now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God…the natural man recieveth not the things of the Spirit of God: For they are foolishness unto him…For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct Him? But, we have the Mind of Christ”. (I Corinthians 2:12-16) This is “The Spirit of Truth” that God has promised” will guide you (us) into all truth.” (John 16:13) Jesus Christ prayed for us to the Father: “Sanctify them through Thy Truth.” (John 17:17) What is God’s Truth? “Thy WORD (The Holy Scripture) is TRUTH”! (John 17:17) So what are we to do concerning this?
